What is the difference between Collector's Edition and Collector's Pack?

I bought the Blackwood Collector's Edition that also included the CE stuff for older chapters / expansions. Today I was browsing the crown store and notice there are Collector's Packs that seems to have more items than what I got with my CE purchase. So what exactly are those and why weren't the items included in the CE?

Blackwood Collector's Edition does not include the CE items from previous chapters. It only contains the CE items for Blackwood. It also includes the previous chapters but not their CE items.

According to the ESO store page it includes CE of each chapter and the CE digital items...

What is the source of this information? So far, everyone who reported the contents here, stated that they did receice CE items for previous chapters as well.

I would guess that these might be pre-order bonuses, not CE items. Not sure though, I haven't really looked into that.

Thank you. I'll compare the crown store packs with pre-order stuff after dinner. Seen quite a few people say they were missing items so wanted to check what the difference is before making a support ticket about it.

What's odd, is that the official description ( https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_blackwood_edition_ce ) also contains the statement "All pre-purchase bonus content included in the Collection". That _could_ of course just refer to "All _Blackwood_ pre-purchase bonus content", but it really isn't clear.

If you can find out which items exactly you are missing, that would definitely help. Unfortunately the in-game crown store doesn't tell you what the Collector's Packs actually contain, but perhaps the information can be found somewhere on the website.

You can see what is in the crown store packs, there is "Bundle Details" option (default keybind when mousing over a pack is R).

Anyway after some digging I found a news post on the official site:

"THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE COLLECTION: BLACKWOOD COLLECTOR’S EDITION
This edition includes the ESO base game, ALL previous Chapters (Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr, and Greymoor) and the Blackwood Chapter. Upon pre-purchase you will receive immediate access to the base game and previous Chapters and get access to the Blackwood Chapter upon its launch in June.

In addition to this, you will also receive the pre-purchase rewards AND Collector’s Edition digital items (including the CE digital items for all the previous Chapters, too) at launch and immediate access to the Nagahide Welwa Ravager mount and Nightmare Bear Cub pet** (limited time only)."

And comparing the Collector's Pack to what I have now it seems those packs have both CE and Pre-Order items for each chapter. So I'm not missing anything I paid for, which is great^^
