I bought necromancer class from crown store in NA server , if i will move to EU i need to buy a new one? (now I can't create necromancer class on EU server)

yes you have to buy it again i dont think anything transfers servers maybe eso+

Provided you bought them via Steam or ESO website then the base game and all chapters will go over. Anything bought in the crown store will not.

Your ESO+ subscription is valid on both servers, but your craft bag and bank will be empty so you have to start again in that respect.

If I would get a cent per time I have to address such issue at Steam, I would be rich, so I should charge a dollar so I could be millionaire instead XD:

The only 3 things at ESO that can be per account are:

- Official Twitch drops
- ESO+ sub (but the craftbag content per server remains separate. No mats crossover)
- Chapters (and it's CE content if purchased w it), when purchased AS CHAPTERS (not as DLC's)

Everything else is per server unless is bound to a specific character (the character-bound stuff is mostly consumables you get by ranking up a character). Hope this helps.

Elsweyr chapter in Steam includes necromancer class. It isn't sold separately but you can buy some game+chapters pack (Greymoor pack had ~60% discount on the last sale).
