once you get a hang of how skills work in ESO things will become much easier.
that is nonsense indeed (your claim about good combat that gets good at the end game content)
do you have any idea why it is called "end game" content? because this is were most players stop playing and move on with their lives. only obsessed individuals would repeat same content again and again, majority of people won't see end game content because they will be bored to death with their game.
do you think people should tolerate current combat for years only to see some glimpse of good mechanics?
this game seriously sucks at combat and it's plagued with game breaking bugs (most annoying for me would be boss reset to full health if you use invisibility spell in your rotation). do you call it good combat? bah.
been to Maestrom arena recently and I wondered what kind of activity it is - not an action RPG, rather some cheap quick time event designed to annoy melee stam users by covering all ground in deadly poison (50k damage from DOT to get me killed? seriously?) and spamming monsters across poisoned ground. Imagine if instead of that travesty with ice jumping, bug thumping, poison chocking, propeller riding, electrocuting we'd have real combat and acceptable difficulty scaling. So far ZOS has to go extra mile to create quick time events to add "complexity" to simple and mundane tasks. But novelty wears off quickly and more you play more you can see how boring/lacking are some aspects of the game.
in mmos, most of the content begins at max level, we call this endgame content. welcome to mmos.
there are no gamebreaking bugs, and if the boss reset to full health, you did something wrong.
if you cant even complete maelstrom arena, where the mechanics are simple, then you clearly would struggle with the harder endgame content.
its common for more casual players to give up before reaching endgame, but to then go to their forums and
if you want, I can help you learn how to avoid the poison dot that killed you! What gear are you using?
so tell me what kind of "wrong" player can actually "do" to trigger boss reset during combat?
Now you're eager to shill for ZOS and defend their bug ridden game. I get it, more you invest time and effort into some low quality activity more you rationalize and fool yourself. this is not bad, it is actually good because "I" played it. pathetic logic.
"delusion" indeed. I can teach you how to play nightblade during boss fights more efficiently if you want.
bugs appear for some users, don't take it for a feature.
have you tried googling before stating "if it never happened to me then it's something wrong with you"?

#1.. all games with dozens of endgame dungeons are going to have a couple bugs. none of them meant that the boss couldnt be completed, except 1, which was neither fang lair nor moongrave fang. i think it was frostvault, and it is now patched. I would know, because I completed them all when they came out.
#2.. the 2nd link you posted isnt even for this game, its for borderlands 3. thats how little research you did in your frantic scramble to get some links to any kind of bugs within this massive mmo to help your weak argument.
#3.. you are clearly quite upset with the content that you havent cleared. You also refuse to accept help, claiming that you dont need lessons, while you also admit that you cant even clear maelstrom arena. The ego doesnt seem to match the skill level, no offense.
I wouldn't mind some help on that poison stage. Using a magicka sorcerer and those spiders always eventually knock me out.
https://alcasthq.com/eso-maelstrom-guide/ <- read that
spiders - 6 - kill bugs around that stones (mini pillars) and they start lightning; most important - spiders run from lighted pillars and all the time you have one auto-lighted pillar.
poison - umbrage (7) - don't step on flowers, when room turns green search that summoner npc and kill it (room turns green before its actual appearance) at one of four spawn spots (aka - at every corner of the arena), you can cleanse at one of two pools outside of the arena, but they are limited... at last boss don't kill both npcs as you have to hide next to one of them when boss screams, don't interrupt it.
Edit: also this things, called sigils, at every arena remember where is the one like shield and the axe...
Thanks so much, are the sigils permanent during a round, or do you have to keep charging them?
Thanks will do that next go-round!
No, it is not a difficult game to solo player. Well, you can't do some group activities (dolmen maybe) or dungeon, but everything else is... a walk in the park.
I can't recall any situation when I needed a party or a friend to get things done, except for a group content obviously.
You might build your character wrong or something like that, check some guides, think of possibles mistakes. Also, most new players tend to do - is run away from the mob or boss in order to get out of his attacks (and then it resets) while the right thing to do is roll-dodge.
you won't give up, you want to make a complete fool out of yourself? fine, here's screenshot from my fight, I'm now sitting in game near this boss and I can replicate this issue many times
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2640609802
how about I will screenshot you every overland boss that does exit the fight on me? some people can't just admit they are wrong. now, what I did wrong in that fight? you clearly see it as my lie or my mistake as you mentioned many times here you're the only with the "skill" here. enlighten me.
I never claimed that. that's what you want to see. yes, I don't need any help in matters I'm not struggling with. Just like any other normal human. It seems like you're more frustrated that I'm refusing to take lessons from such guru as yourself. ego indeed :)
