Classes are not changeable, but you can do whatever you w ant and be heavy armor two handed axe mage if you want, nothing limits you. Classes just give you bonuses at the beginning of the game.
You can also change the race within your alliance and if you have an upgrade you can change race beetween all alliances with tokens.
name (only name change)
appearance (only appearance change, not name or race)
race (race and appearance change, no name change)
alliance (only alliance change)
