Lost my whole Bank

Play since a week. Today I started the free +Trial to have more space in my bank. I grinded for a few hours. When i came back to the bank it was empty- only 3 ITems left.
Wrote a ticket already. Anyone Knows this pronlem or a solution?
I use no Bank addons, only "Inventory Grid View"

If the contents in your bank was crafting materials, they likely have been moved to the crafting bag.

This. All crafting materials: raw, refined, runes, herbs and water, cooking ingridients, etc - was moved in CraftBag. You can access this via new tab in inventory with bag icon. During ESO+ feel free to collect everything, since CraftBag is unlimited, and you will keep access to those mats when sub ends, just wont be able to add. Plus you dont need to get materials from mules or bank before crafting, since CraftBag is always with you.

Crafting materials are an insane inventory and bank filler. I went from 150 items in my bank to just 12 with the trial. The fact it then gave me 300 bank slots total just seems unneeded with the crafting bag.

Anyway check your crafting bag (second on the inventory between items and currency). Any crafting materials will automatically go there on ESO+ trial (unless marked as stolen).
