Pre order mount missing?

So i pre ordered Blackwood chapter some days before its official release. I played a character and unlocked the mount. Then the chapter is officially released and i decide to make a new character. Unfortunately i cant find the mount in my collections. Strangely if i play with my previous character, he still has the specific mount. Any tips on how to make it appear on my mount collection?

Also bought the one with the fire, the new one, and searched and did not find it. Later found out it was not a HORSE but a Tiger lol

You need to search in the right category; the pre-order mount for Blackwood, Nagahide Welwa, is found under Heavyweight. Pre-order mounts are also account wide, so they should turn up in the other server too.
