It's a shame people are so afraid to just answer a question.

For Mirri, head to Doomvault Vulpinaz, which the broken tower at the top of the map, and complete the quest “Shattered and Scattered”. For Bastian, look for a small island in the mid-south with an instance named Deepscorn Hollow and complete the quest “Competition and Contracts”. They're both easy and quick, so you can hopefully have them both in less than an hour.
