I thought it was supposed to give you a 3rd hotbar when activated? Because it isnt happening for me. I have the power overload morph

It replaces your LA/HA attacks. Exactly what the tooltip says.

They removed the third skill bar a while ago as it let Sorcerers have a massive advantage over other classes in PvP.
