How do hirelings work?

I got the first level for miner hireling and 24 hours already passed but I havent received anything in the mail.

hirelings send to stuff to the character where you enabled it. Just wait for a day and you will receive the stuff in email.

The way it works:

- You enable the passive at each crafting skill line you are able to do so and that you want to receive free crafting mats form (each 24 hrs at rank 1, each 12 hours at rank 2 w better stuff sometimes). You did that already at rank 1 for Blacksmith skill line.

- Past 12/24 hours, you receive a mail w the goods related to your specific hireling[s] (1 mail per hireling, at their corresponding end time). This is the part you are waiting for yet.

BUT:

- The mail[s] only appears while logged into the character w the passive[s] past the 12/24 hours, or right after log in w that character if the 12/24 hours have passed before log in w that character.

- If the time has passed after logged in, you get the mail[s] after the next change of zone. That means, you gotta change zones to anywhere to trigger the mail[s] if you are logged in past the time to receive it. When the time is past before log into that character, you shouldn't need to travel, but you can try that if is bugged. No relog is required to trigger the mail[s]

- The timer for the next mail[s] shouldn't start until you pick up the mail[s] from the last shipment[s]. That means you shouldn't keep getting mail[s] sent until pick up the last shipment[s].

Miscellaneous note: there is an addon to see the timers for all your characters in both servers for all crafting lines, so you always know when will be the time to collect Urich's Hireling Timer.
