How can I leave from Vvardenfell?

Take a boat, or go to a Wayshrine, you should at least be able to port into the Main City of Your Alliance.

well.. if you are new and haven't unlocked wayshrines to many zones.. then you can use the following options:
1. Use Boats (available in all main cities and there's a navigator who takes you to the desired location)
2. Ask in zone chat for taxi to your desired location (basically you add the person in the group and then the guy would go to your specified location and then you use the Travel to Player option by clicking right on the name of your groupmate in group menu - press P to access it )
3. Check your guildmates and see if they are present in the desired location and use the Travel to Player option (works only when you are a member of guild)
4. Just complete your quests and it will take you to all the locations on foot :)

If you're not fussy about where you end up then just take a wayshrine. There should be open wayshrines from Vvardenfell to your main alliance city.
