New player so confused & lost

I just started the "An Apocalyptic SItuation" quest & I got to the part where you talk to Lyranth, but then my dungeon queue popped & I took it. When it ended & I left I ended up in Belkarth & I have no idea how to get back to wherever I was

You only see on the world map teleport shrines you walked to, in your case there should be a shrine south-west of the center of the continent next to auridon, inside the greenshade zone.

menu > journal > your quest (set as active) > show on map > zoom out to see in which zone > find teleport shrine near you to go there... (or pay gold and go there or teleport to room/house if you already have got some of the free rooms)...

Thats where im stuck, my map gets so clustered & full I can't tell what anything is lol. I also clicked around the area the other comment mentioned, but it says I have no quests anywhere there.
I got teleported out right after I removed the blade from Lyranth, so she's still inside some cave / building lol

I abandoned it and repurchased it. All fixed. Leaving this up so maybe others will learn from my dumbness
