HOW I CHOOSE ANY RACE FOR ANY ALLIANCE?!
One Tanriel unlook the races for any alliance, but how i can use this resource?

One Tanriel does not unlock any race any alliance. You need to purchase the Adventures Pack with Crowns from the Crown Store for that.

1,900 crowns to buy that. It is included in the adventurers pack which includes some other stuff too. Buying it through the pack is the only way to get it. It is permanent

only 1 other Race and that is the Imperial and can be bought in Crown store for 2100 crowns, then start new character. Your IMPERIAL can join any Alliance in the Creation section as you make your Imp.
