game starts me on boat, please help!
the game is starting me on the boat when i make a character but i saw on youtube it starts other people in a prison, also i quested a little and i can't figure out how to do the story line quests, i think im stuck on a side quest because i did the posion the plants thing and talked to the captain and he didnt give me another quest so idk what to do, im currently doing the quest divine inquires

im new to the game and i think i just relaized why it wont load vvanderfell because for some reason it started me on the morrowind dlc

im not sure if its my wifi or the games servers because the version i bought apparently comes with morrowind

If you own a expansion you will start off in that expansions tutorial and land a.k.a morrowind or summerset but if you own just the base game then you will start off in coldharbour. Hope that helps :)

the ones you saw on youtube is the base game. where you started at prision. if you buy the game with morrowind DLC. then you start in Vvardenfell = Boat. when you buy the game with Summerset DLC then you start at summerset. you can get as many quest as you want in towns and Vivec City.
