Where can I find honey?

The grocers and chefs don't sell it. I searched online but aside from the wiki articles that falsely claim the provisioners sell it (must've been changed at some point), the only articles are about some anniversary cake thing from years ago that gave out free honey

I managed to find some honey barrels at the daggerfall docks by some small boats. Not sure how often they reset. Can they be purchased in bulk anywhere?

check Tamriel trading center website, can find deals on anything there, including Honey, but if you are NA, I can sell you a full stack for a cheap price
