Open the map, the zoom out to the max (right click) and you should have another mini circle to the left, that is Coldharbour, see if there's any shrine there that you can access.
If not, then open your guilds and sort the roster by location, see who is in Coldharbour then right click on them and travel to player.
and as a side note, if you only want to go there to level up, you may end better going to Alik'r and doing dolmens with the big groups roaming the area.
and just an advice, there's no point rushing to max level, you'll just be useless because you have no skill points to spend, no skill trees raised, not your class learnt.
"Prophet", not "Profit".
I've seen plenty of new players that rush to get to Level 50 CP160+ based on recommendations, and then have no idea how to actually play the game.
Take your time !!!
The game takes time to learn - t is massive in scope, lore, and capability design - too many options, and it takes a while to figure out what playstyle fits you best.
Mucking around and making mistakes can be loads of fun. :)
Playing the Main "Coldharbor" quest line along with the "Faction" quest line is a very good way to learn the game and level at the same time.
Problem is, some quest rewards are quite useful (and valuable!) at CP 160, and are irreversibly wasted if you complete those quests earlier.
It is good to see you are having fun. That is what really matters in any game.
