Zombie personality.

I logged on today and decided to try and buy 100 crowns off of someone to try and get it (as it makes my character look crazy and that's exactly what I'm looking for!) and i found someone who even offered to buy it for me for free, but then we realized it costs crown gems, it costs 100! and I only have 14 from opening 4 or 5 crown crates.... do you think they'll ever sell it for crowns? I researched it a bit and it seems it was sold for 1,500 crowns in 2017.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but I would assume once zos throws a crown item into a crate it probably wont come back as an individual purchase.

For awhile people could contact support to ask for crown items, whether they were discontinued, havent been on the store for awhile or the person requesting it missed an opprotunity to get said crown item when available. For reference before they stopped doing it I was able to get the jester personality even though I missed the jesters festival event.

I even tried to request the zombie personality around the first of october, but sadly was denied. I assume it was because it was placed into the hollowjack crate. But, I’m not entirely sure if they would have even if it wasn’t as far as I’m aware as stated before.

Now don’t take my word entirely on this, but the 4 crate option could give enough gems to buy the zombie personality, but don’t hold me to that if you try though.

Iv'e heard of people getting missed items from the crown store, you don't think they will anymore? The costume i'm wearing was from crown crates I think (toxin doctor costume) and wdym by 4 crate option? as in the hallowjack crates from the crown store?

Zos used to sell stuff via costumer support,things what currently aren't on store but they don't do it anymore.My request of a house was denied in september,same as a lot of guildies tried to get other goodies they missed out in the past and haven't returned to the crowns store in ages.Everyone I know or have heard of got the same answer;that their intern policy changed and they are unable to sell anything what isn't on crown store.
Am only glad I got some good stuff last year when they where able to still sell you whatever.

Yes I meant the 4 crate option for Hollowjack, but again I wouldn’t advise hitting the ZOS Slot-Machine, but thats up to you.

Their loss really I’m sure they loose quite a bit of potential costumers; because of their shady pseudo gambling business model they use. But, hey if a couple whales can keep them afloat good on Bethesda aye.

Yeah crown crates seem pretty much rigged to give you bad stuff xD, at first I was like, crown gems, 15 crown crates is like 1.5k crowns right???? but then checked the shop and it;s 5.5k crowns! I have 80k gold xD but if I were to buy crown crates it'd be the hallowjack ones I LOVE the rewards from the hallowjack ones, so maybe i'll buy a 4 pack with some gold :P

They used to do this, I even got myself a few items that way, but it seems they stopped doing that due to updates with their policies. Or at least there's several people claiming that to be the case over their official forums.

To be fair, whenever they sold me any items that were not available at the time, they always seemed to do it in a kind of hush-hush way anyway. The last time they helped me out with this, they finished the support ticket by saying "Tell no one", so, who knows.

I believe they say tell no one to keep support from being swarmed by Crown store requests. Because, having someone posting about being able to do it on lets say reddit and that said post gets plenty of traction through upvotes it would cause an increased influx of requests.

As I said before though and to not be a debby downer again but even when they did allow requests, crown crate items were excluded. But in the end it doesn’t hurt to try. If enough people request it could possibly show the amount of interest in said items which will hopefully push zos to change their crown store policy.

If you want an alternative to the zombie personality you can try to do the March of Sacrifices Challenger achievements which rewards you with the beast personality on completion.

The problem with the challenger achievements is finding a group to do them with sadly..
