Necro... Death Gleaning
This can't be right!!! :(

Okay, I'm building a Necromancer, and I just got Death Gleaning... even though I read the description first, I figured I was misunderstanding; even now, I hope I'm still missing the point.

This Passive Ability (Death Gleaning) returns 100 Magicka and Stamina whenever an Enemy I'm fighting dies with 28 Meters of me (While I have a Bone Tyrant spell Slotted (note: I have 2 slotted, and used often)). Now... My Spells and Abilities cost between 2,000 and 4,000 Magicka and/or Stamina to use; So what exactly is 100 return suppose to do for me?

Honestly I'm hoping I'm missing a greater pictures; otherwise, this Passive Ability is Less than Worthless. I need to get Bone Tyrant to Level 18 to Morph Death Gleaning, so I'm also wondering if then it actually becomes useful.

Advanced Thanx for any input!!! :)

Death Gleaning imo is more for tanks in group content, more specifically dungeons. Necros dont make the best tanks, but they are actually really good for dungeons, and as you make your way through trash mobs aka dungeon pop that can number in the dozens to hundreds, getting back 200 for each kill is actually quite a big deal. Obviously the same can be said for dps in those dungeons where they are mowing down dozens to hundreds of adds through the course of the dungeon. Generally a good dps will have a handle on their sustain, but there aren't really any pve full dps setups that can go full tilt for very prolonged periods of time, so even getting back a few hundred resources here and there can make a difference. The difference between not having to interrupt your rotation with a heavy attack, or the difference between being able to block/dodge an attack or take it to the face when you are running really low on stamina. As a low level, it really isnt a big deal for you to get it, but when you hit max lvl, and have extra skill pts that aren't going anywhere, why wouldnt you invest the points to make your sustain a little bit better, situationally much better.
