Base game updates:
The Armory System
Introducing The Armory – a new system that helps relieve the friction between switching or experimenting with your character’s builds! The Armory allows you to save any of your custom character builds, remembering your gear, Attributes, Abilities, Champion Points, and even if you are a Werewolf or Vampire. You can then effortlessly load any of those saved builds in an instant.
*The Armory is free to all players. To get started, simply obtain the free Armory Station from the Crown Store and place it in any of your homes.
*The Armory Assistant, Ghrasharog, is also available for a separate purchase to access all the functions of The Armory outside of your home.
*Note that you cannot save or load builds without interacting with an Armory Station or talking to the Armory Assistant.
To try and answer the OP's question from what I know, no I don't think it'll let you swap between being a werewolf, vampire, etc. It'll allow you to create and save build information, so attributes, skills and champion points, and allow you to switch between the different types. If you are a vampire already, you need to get rid of your vampirism before you can become a werewolf, so I don't believe it'll allow you to swap at will between them.
For example, right now, if you wanted to swap between a PvE build and a PvP build on your character, you would have to manually change around your skills and champion points each and every time you made a change. That takes a shed load of time and memory.
With the armoury station, looks like you can create builds and save them. So if you feel like PvP, you can go to the station, select the PvP option you set up previously, pay the gold price (it ain't going to be free, their will still be a price to pay) and bang, all your skills, attributes, CP's get swapped around to the PvP role and you are good to go (you'll still need to change out your weapons and armour, though maybe the station will do that for you too...)
Once your done, come back select and pay for your PvE build and swap back to where you started.
Seems like an OK idea, it's not ground breaking, but it'll make this aspect of the game easier to deal with.
Whereas the house armoury station is free for everyone, looks like you can get a mobile version too, which travels around with you. A lot like the bank and merchant assistants, but you pay real money for that upgrade.
they are, again, just taken ideas from addons that already do nearly the same. i belive its a good idea for console players, who cant install addons.
also great that they inklude the CP and beast lines.
but again a QoL change that has its source in an usermade addon ^^ so not realy OMG ^^
Here is a couple of video links that describes the system:

That is it.
This is an update for Console players. Yall realize the console players are all they actually care about right? The ENTIRE game is made for them in mind, pc is an afterthought
It not only saves your item loadout and your champion points but your stats and the skills you learnt with their respective morphs.
If you have different items on different builds you must carry those items in your inventory tho.
Do you play necromancer?
