Use this addon at Minion (I suggest you set it to open at map and drag it up above it... or wherever it pleases you to have it):

Tamriel Standard Time

Gives you exact date and time in Tamriel and IRL. Also shows and tells the exact stage of the 2 moons, in case you have some Vampire or Werewolf business (I mean, in case you pretend to get a bite on your own instead of get from other players. That's the only use of the moons info).

This addon and this site {LINK REMOVED} show different dates and slightly different moon states. Which is right?

ED: something with steam. it was eso clock site (search in google, this is part of eso wiki - uesp)

ED2: i seen werewolf around 8pm. so this is night time.

The Elder Scrolls Online has a day/night cycle. One full cycle lasts about six hours, so you will experience around four day/night cycles in a 24-hour period of real-time gaming.

I think morning/daytime cycle lasts around 4 hours and night approx. 2h.
