Seems to matter when it comes to money, now how about you be a good little troll and go elsewhere.
I never used any "maxed build", i play with my characters like i prefer, i try a lot and look what works best for me.
For me leveling is more than getting "stronger". You can enjoy the story, you get some new skills sometimes, other gear sets, achievements and your CP's.
But yeah, everbody is diffrent, so i can like that a lot and other's not... that's normal.
Mudcrabs still take more then one blow. Because even they level up with you lol
Much of the fun from RPGs is levelling and questing. Lol...
Plus there is no wrong way to play a game. It all depends on personal preference.
PS- sorry about the crap spelling
I'd much rather be able to go anywhere I want to and get rewards that are scaled to me compared to a lot of mmos where you go through a zone once and then never come back because there's nothing left for you to do there. Just look at WoW, dozens of completely empty zones/cities. Meanwhile, in ESO I can go anywhere and there's always people doing things, it's great.
WoW Classic says hi
"Hey can we group for this quest?"
"IDK, what level do you have to be?"
"Uh my level is 45 but IDK what level the quest is. Do you have the region unlocked?"
"What's the region? How do I unlock it?"
Etc.
