How is the Co-op experience?
I am curious how the co-op experience is in ESO. I've played the game a few hundred hours... and whenever I've tried to do co-op, it becomes somewhat difficult to focus on the quests. Inevitably one player ends up ahead of another player, so dialogue in quests ends up staggered. (I.E. Person A starts conversation with an NPC 10 seconds before Person B, so the dialogue isn't going on at the same time.)

Obviously it's pretty easy to explore the world with other people, and I'm sure the delves and dungeons are great co-op. I'm mainly curious about the questing experience. If I tried to party with more than one person, would people constantly be saying: "Shhhh! I'm getting a quest."

And sure, I know you can just wait until everyone is at the NPC to talk to them, but co-ordinating that is fairly tedious.

Maybe what would work best is some add-on that makes it so that when you're in a party, and all party members have the add-on-- talking to an NPC doesn't actually start when JUST you talk to them, it puts you in a queue (or ready check type thing) and then when everyone is at the NPC, then the NPC starts talking...?

I know that the game scales, so that will help. Is there any option to RE-PLAY quests at all, if you're playing them co-op?

I've enjoyed ESO, and I know the co-op is significantly better than at launch. I just know that some other either single player, or online multiplayer titles-- seem to have a much easier time, keeping everyone in sync with what is going on.

Thanks for any input on this.

yea i know all about this and no there is no fix unfortunately. when i play co op with someone we usually do public dungeons, world bosses, Dolmens for jewelry, even craglorn is group based as well so co op there is good too. but as for what u are saying i usually solo questing for that stuff and delves as well. u can co op a delve but it is meant to be played solo. :Imperial:

Thanks for the input! That's kind of what I thought the experience would be like. So it's almost more of a solo-questing experience, with the option of multiplayer later on a bit.

How is the multiplayer content later in the game? Although frankly, I'm not sure if that is that pertinent... From my memory of ESO, it took me about 170~ hours to beat just Aldemeri Dominion (I 100% completed every zone). There's two base game zones after that, not to mention SEVERAL expansion zones. The bulk of the content (it seems) in the game, is the questing content... which is better experienced solo.

So the co-op experience, isn't all that strong compared to other titles.
