ESO+ includes exactly what it says it does, and nowhere does it say it includes all ingame content. You get all DLC's, as advertised. Never assume what should be included, or what would you consider to be logical to be included. If it is not specifically listed in the description, it is not there. Period.

Go to the Crown Store and check the DLC section there. That is what you get with ESO+.

This means that things like the Imperial Race are not included in ESO+ either.

A chapter like Greymoor becomes a DLC in a year, with the launch of the next chapter. Mind, that some chapters contain new classes (Morrowind and Elsweyr). These are divided into a DLC (the zone) and the class. Only the DLC is added to ESO+.

never realized that extra content for download can't be a dlc.
it's overfue that microsoft bought that company and hopefully cleans up this custumer disguising buisiness model.

Since when is subscription + purchase of dlc a disgusting business model? Do Blizzard and Square Enix know?

Offering a subscription and advertising it to contain al DLCs and then saying new content isn't a DLC, but it will become a dlc in the future, is indecent.
And keeping stash limit low and offering an infinite bag in a subscription is also.

To me if you are saying that they are misleading you somehow that is nonsensical because they want you to buy Greymoor and it is very clear on the page that only available in the crown store is available with ESO+.

What do you think paying members should get access to?

How much do you think of your original purchase of £5-15 is still available to keep the game going?

Maybe you will - although Gamepass games don't include DLC last time I checked

I wouldn't call this misleading since they clearly call these large updates (Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr, Greymoor) expansions, not DLC. They contain significantly more content then the DLCs do, and take more time to develop. It would be like expecting WoW to give subscribers every expansion for free because they already get patches for free.

Yes - It is entirely misleading, because at no point does the website make a point to differentiate the two in any way that explains why a "chapter" is not DLC.

I rest my case.

Then it's only misleading to a certain section of society and for them I give all my wishes.

The problem is that Steam puts chapters as DLCs which leads to people being confused about it.

Yes, because Microsoft never ever did something shady at all.

Yeah, that image says exactly what I was told when I upgraded to ESO." DLC game packs as part of an active ESO Plus Membership" are listed separate as being acquired from the Crown Store and Chapters. In fact, there was handy table that showed what was included, chapters were never listed as being part of ESO+.
