The Elder Scrolls Online

Strange crashing since Greymoor update. Can't find answers.
Ever since the Greymoor update, ESO has been crashing quite regularly and strangely. The screen will go completely black, but will still have sound and still have control over my character. I can hit ESC to see my cursor appear as the menu opens, but can't see anything to interact with. There's also no rhyme or reason to when it happens. Sometimes I can play for 30 minutes - 1 hour and be in the middle of a fight, sometimes I'll have only had it running for 5 minutes while working on daily crafting. I have tried looking to see if anyone has had the same problems, the only thing I can find is a post from 2 years ago and the answer was that person's GPU was failing. I'm not too sure that is my problem, but I will say I don't have much knowledge when it comes to PC hardware. I have tested playing the most graphically demanding game I can think of that I own (Far Cry 5) and had no issues.

My graphics drivers and Windows are fully up to date. I have tested with and without addons. I have even lowered some graphics settings out of desperation. I'm at my wit's end with this.

I'm not sure what specs info is fully needed to be helpful, but I'll post what I do know.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
