First off, in order to hit 20k dps from light attacks alone, you have to do it on the Iron Atronach target dummy. This dummy is meant to simulate a 100% uptime on all raid buffs, like major courage, warhorn, hircine's/worms, force, berserk, etcetera. All these buffs significantly increase damage. Additionally, the Iron Atro has basically no resists, to simulate what 100% uptime on debuffs like alkosh, crusher, major and minor breach/fracture, so the dummy actually has no innate damage reduction and as such you are doing 100% of your potential damage all the time. Every enemy in ESO, with the exception of monsters in vet Maelstrom Arena, have resists of around 18k. In your parse you had a little over 7k, meaning that world boss still had 11k resists, and the way damage resistance works, it was reducing your damage by around 30% (assuming no other resistance debuffs were present). Comparing solo dps on a world boss, or even a 3 mil or 6 mil dummy to dps on an Iron Atro dummy is like apples to pecan pie.

The idea of the iron atro dummy is that it makes all things equal, everyone has the standard raid buffs and hits pen cap to showcase what they can do with that toon. It is not meant to be a realistic metric though. 26k on a world boss is actually pretty decent.

It could be various things.

It could be the armot sets you're using, that you assigned your CP differently, different choice of Mundus Stones etc.

Compare your builds to others and see what they're doing differently. If we're talking overall DPS output (and not just light attack) then your skills and rotation also plays a vital role, obviously.

I'm not sure if using Elemental Weapon is registered as its' own damage output, or if it counts as light attack damage, but that's something to keep in mind as well.

having close if not the same stats with weapon damage and crit as any build tutorial it shouldn't be too high of discrepancy between mine and theirs, SURE i have at least double the ping as they have, but still..

Click the "info" section and take another screenshot. Your stats aren't too bad so you should be doing something wrong

But still, there is room for improvement for the stats. Your crit change is low and the weapon damage can also be improved. The actual problem can only be idenfitied from the info section
