Are there anyone who are trying to beat this boss since I'm trying to kill it as lvl 9 but its really hard to solo because of how tanky it is

Level 9? Also its not soloable if you are not sorc or something with very high dps

First off, that's a World Boss which is meant to be fought with a group/s. Trying to kill that beast or any other world boss as a solo is crazy.

If you can, wait until the next Morrowind event. You will see a lot of people in chat asking for help killing world bosses for quests. Same goes for any other event in a zone.

Killing a world boss solo is easy once you get to higher levels, it all depends on your build.

This one isn't so easy to solo. It pins you and only another player can set you free. By the time the boss lets go on its own it will have healed to full.

I tried to cheese it by going on top of the mushrooms but it loses interest after a while

Well you re right wb are for groups mostly but some of them can be done solo . I mean as long as they dont have minions around them you re good .

He summons minions right when his hp goes down a little

It's hard because its world boss, but if you have good gear you can kill it with two man group
