where can i gather my gifts on eso collection ?

i bought eso collection and i saw that i need to get the bloodshadow horse , gryphon pet , and some emots where can i pick them ? i didnt found it inside the game ...

Check the in game menu under collections or at the top of the menu crown creats

Those items are available for Sumemrset collectors edition, did you upgrade? ESO collection has just the normal Summerset I think.

There is a difference between "ESO collection" and any "collector's edition".

The former is merely a pack of chapters and DLC. The latter is an edition with some extra collectibles.
