How to level up fast?
So I'm level 19 Necromancer and I'm trying to level up fast but don't know how :c

The fastest way to level up is to travel around with (Single) higher level player and have then kill mobs with you. In a group, you share the XP, and running with a single higher level player gives you an XP boost (it's a "difficulty" adjustment).

A popular place for this is in Craglorn, where people PAY 5,000-10,000 Gold per run (per hour?) through a specific Dungeon in Craglorn - where it's easy to group mobs. But this costs Gold.

Similarly, you can find mobs of zombies or animals Overland on your own (solo/individual), and group them and kill them yourself - in certain areas these will respawn quickly enough that it is a fairly consistent run. This is a constant grind, with no bonuses, just hard work. There are Youtube Videos that will show you the locations for "eso fastest way to level up" - but dying this way is rather easy - be sure to have potions and soul gems.

My preference, after some 4000+ hours of ESO and 16 different toons, is Dolmens. Dolmens are the Stonehenge-like structures found Overland in each zone - they activate (big blue portal in the sky) and allow Daedra through - the objective is to kill the Daedra and collect loot from the final boss and rewards chest. Certain Zones (a few) have the Dolmens close enough to Wayshrines that you can form a loop. Dolmens reset every ~4 minutes, so it's enough time to run from Dolmen to Dolmen (in one Zone) and never stop killing Daedra (and looting)

While you can group for fighting Dolmens, i usually run them as an individual now.

A word of caution on Dolmen Groups; the "difficulty" adjustment i mentioned above, works Opposite for Very Large groups (16+ players) that are attacking Dolmens - everyone can actually Lose XP (overall) because the group is over-powered (an example of this is the Dolmen grind bots in Alik'r - but they don't seem to mind, because Dolmen grinding, like any grinding, is rather mindless to begin with).

Note: If you try to grind Dolmens, as an individual, along side one of these Very Large groups, you will likely lose XP also, but that is due to the liability of Not hitting/killing all the baddies yourself. As explanation, being in the group gives you a (scaled) share of all the Enemies Hit & Killed by the Group, while being an individual you only get a XP share of the Enemies You Hit & Kill - as an individual, the Very Large Group will often overwhelm enemies too quickly for you to get in a hit, so no XP for you. Also, looting the boss is only allowed for the Top 12-15 players, so as a new player, whether in the Very Large Group or Not, you may not receive loot from the boss. Point: try to avoid the very large groups when you can, but certainly give them a try.

Therefore, whenever i see a Very Large group (or two) running Dolmens, i will usually find another Dolmen Zone where fewer folks are running... Unless i am Training a Healer - then i use Dolmen Groups almost Exclusively.

One of the primary benefits of Dolmen grinding is the Type of Loot you receive can be deconstructed (or researched) to Train Crafting or sold directly to a merchant - or used for your toon (jewelry)- i consider this very important (training crafting on all my toons), thus Dolmens are how i do it. And if you just sell all the gear instead, you can usually net about 3000-4000 gold per hour of dolmen grinding (much like Dungeons, but Dolmen grinding is more continuous).

Good Zones for Dolmen grinds are Alikr Desert, Auridon, and Deshaan. There are a few others, but with a starting toon / slow horse you won't be able to keep up with the loop. The folks running the group are normally using an "Auto Invite" add-on, and set the invite string to "x", "y" or "z" - so just type "looking for dolmen group invite" in zone chat, or "x", etc. in ALikr - and you will normally be invited to join. Learning the dolmen locations take a few minutes since you will have to "Jump to.." group members, but then the zone is loaded and wayshrines will be quick.

Properly planned, with Training Gear and ~3 50% XP Scrolls & one 100% XP Scroll, i grind a new toon to Level 50 in less than 8 hours of Game Play - using Dolmens. At level 50, they have all skills trained to "Morph" level, and all crafting trained over Level 20 (except enchanting which takes forever).

daily random dungeon and battleground, Alik'r dolmens farm, or get carried in Skyreach runs.

but why you want to level up fast? you will be 50 by the time u get skilshards and skillpoints from public dungeons, and level fighters and mages guilds.

You will be of no use if you reach cap level and have no passives, no skill points spent, and don't know how to use ur class
enjoy the journey boyz whether u like it fast or slow. lol.

Take your time and explore, all quests are voice-acted-even have things to say after quest is done.

Do you want to level up as soon as possible or level efficiently (spending as little time as possible grinding levels)?

The first response addresses some of what you can do from the "as fast as possible route".

If you want to level efficiently, do all the tutorial quests, get to level 10, do your first daily dungeon finder (which gives you a large chunk of experience once per day) and after that just log off for awhile. When you are offline, your character will accrue a "bonus" experience gain modifier (rested experience bonus). When you log back on, you gain gain experience at a much faster rate. You can check how much bonus rested experience you have in your stat menu. Once you run out of rested bonus experience, log off. Repeat.
