I bought this edition:
"Buy The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr
Includes The Elder Scrolls Online base game, the Elsweyr, Morrowind and Summerset Chapters"
ESO+ only gives access to DLCs, and Warden class is considered Account upgrade (just like the Imperial race).
Let me clarify your statement about the base game a bit. You do not get Morrowind chapter as a part of the base game. The ESO base game (also known as Tamriel Unlimited) does not come with any other chapter or DLC.
The Morrowind DLC only contains the Vvardenfell zone, it does not include the Warden class.
The current ESO Standard Edition includes:
- ESO base game
- Morrowind chapter (Morrowind DLC + Warden class)
If the OP bought one of the Elsweyr editions called "upgrade", neither of them contains any other chapter. See here:

Oh well, appreciated the help everyone!
Not that I'd care enough to grab a pitchfork and a torch and go on a crusade against Zenimax's decision if it ever happened.
