I cannot get to Grahtwood

Hi, I bought a ESO pack including all zone dlcs almost one year ago except mechanical city and elsweyr that was published later and I cannot go to Grahtwood which is a zone required in the current new year missions. Do I need any specific zone dlc I don't own or maybe there could be an issue with my account?

you can enter the place why to you think you cant? its on of the base game area and all the new year quests are base game area

go to auridon, starting town you are in has a person on one of the smaller docks who will take you to Grahtwood

Khenarthi's Roost is in the base game and is just off Grahtwood. Should be able to get a boat from there. Or even swim?

Check your Guilds and see if someone is in Grahtwood and fast travel to them. Social>Guilds>Roster.

Hi again, thanks for the answers. The map was tagging the mission in other place, not in Grahtwood :/ I finally did the mission ;)
