The Elder Scrolls Online

Where next for ESO DLC?
What do you think the next big DLC will be set? My guesses are

1. Leyawiin/ Topal bay/ Blackwood area: If done right, Could develop the scarcely represented Blackmarsh and Imperial lands.

2. Shivering Isles: Crucible+ outside area could make a decent throwback.

3. Port Telvannis/ Firewatch Region of Morrowind: As Morrowind has already had a Major DLC, This is unlikely, but I figure there is potential as it is far distant from other regions.

4. Solsthiem: As Skyrim has been done this super recent, and we've just had a Skyrim based DLC, I can't imagine this really happening for reasons other than a cash grab.

Probably something in the Dominion territory, though not sure what there is that can be built on as most of this region was fleshed out in the base game.

What I'd like to see is something like Hermaeus Mora and adding some manner of spell-crafting.

But as far as Daedric gods go, we will probably get something like Mehrunes Dagon and a Mythic Dawn thing centered around the Bruma/Cheydinhal area. the 20th Anniversary of Oblivion is coming up afterall.

It's time we see some Imperial action.

Next area will be somewhere else in Skyrim. Probably the Reach. Next chapter will be Southern Hammerfell. I'm yet to be wrong about any of these

Vampires -> Werewolves -> Meridia ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ / Silver Dawn -> ??? -> Profit.

Edit: Would love to see full-on Solsthiem, though.

Because although there is enough content that most people would never play through it all... And lore is nice for lore junkies... Each new major area or expansion also typically brings new sets, classes, skill lines, or something similar. This means new class and build options for them to tinker with to become even more OP.

It funny that people still think this game is P2W.

Well, I mean, it kinda is in a way.

- Skill lines available in DLC areas are extremely good for making money.
- Not using the skill lines, but completing the quests and dungeons and skyshards in DLC areas gives you more skill points you can use to add more versatility to your character.
- Treasure maps, dailies, and similar are often in DLC areas, making these things impossible for non-DLC players.
- Set items from DLC dungeons are better for certain builds than those found just in the base game.
- Classes are exclusive to DLC owners.

As far as 'winning' goes, anything that makes a character better at PvP or trials qualifies as winning. Anything that makes it so that one player spends less time on annoying mundane ♥♥♥♥ is also 'winning' as they have the advantage of having more time to do what they want.

In the base game alone, you can get 339 skyshards which equals to 113 skill points.

As for classes are exclusive to DLC owners, that is only half true cause once Morrowind and Elsweyr chapters became DLCs, the Warden and Nercomancer classes became available to all players in the crown store. Sure, you have to buy them with crowns but they are not locked behind a DLC to get.
