ESO Plus getting back abandoned quests

hello first off i would like to know if i can retrieve abandoned quests from the DLC as well as when i go to the store it doesnt say that i have the DLC but it does show in the collectables. i just dont see the quests for those DLC missions that im suppose to get free with ESO plus.

Having ESO plus doesn't mean you own the DLCs, you have access to them. In order to fully own them you must purchase them.

As for the DLC quests, you can either go to the zone and start them yourself, or go to the dungeon and pick it up by the entrance point. You can also access the DLC quests directly by going to your Collections, and selecting Storylines (I think that's how they show up). Then just picking up whichever DLC you want and selecting the correspondant starting quest.

Go to your stories page, where it shows Greymoor, etc. If you click you will see a "Start Quest" or "Purchase forever". If you have Plus you can just start the quest and it gives you access to the DLC content.

Except for Graymoor. You have to wait for that to show up in the store or purchase it.
