siege range ?

anyone know WTF the siege range is outside D.C. Cyrodill South High Rock Gate?
I'm trying to do the PVP tutorial mission and cannot find this thing, lol. Been riding around half an hour looking. Just like with the previous quest, Zehrah's munitions, no quest markers, rode around all day looking for her.


Edit: nvm, found it at the end of the northern most road out of the Gate. Well hidden icon
directly under the blue transit line between the gates. C'mon Bethesda, if you're not gonna provide quest markers at least don't be this sloppy in QA.
