Help with Building NB?
HI guys, I'm relatively new to ESO. I currently have a level 16 Khajiit Stamblade.

The problem is, on my dual wield bar I had: Bloodthirst, Killer's Blade, Shadowy Disguise, Ambush, and Whirlwind(soon to be Steel Tornado). But I noticed that Bloodthirst was my main spam ability but its stamina cost was much higher than that of Surprise Attack, although Surprise Attack has similar damage and reduces enemy physical resistance and armor instead of heal.

So I respecced my morphs and now on my dual wield bar I have: Killer's Blade, Ambush, Whirldwind, Surprise Attack, and Shadowy Disguise. On my bow bar I have: Focused Aim, Volley. But now I don't have enough healing, so I die a lot more in (especially group) fights.

So can you guys help me build a DW/Bow Nightblade that has a good balance in damage and sustain?

I didn't take Siphoning at all because when I use Shadowy Disguise I take magicka, so I figured I would run out of Magicka real fast. Should I just take it for Leeching Strikes?

THANKS A LOT GUYS!

Bloodthirst's animation is longer than for Surprise Attack, and since stamina regen works every 2 seconds, longer animation attack suck resources slower than fast animation one with same cost.
I wouldnt recomend Whirlwind for new characters, at all. In groups keep Volley on ground and focus on single enemy, taking them one by one.
I doubt you really need Shadowy Disguise in normal PvE. Used this one only in Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood daily missions, and in PvP.

Basically, if you dont fight world bosses, not going in group dungeons and not into PvP, then Bloodthirst itself is enough to get through whole base content.

As stamblade, you're lack of burst self-healings, so your only ways are:
- Throw Mark Target -> Reaping Mark on enemies you're attacking. When they die under effect, its a 50%+ of your max hp healing,
- Focus on single enemies and finish those with Killer's Blade for healing,
- Use Bloodthirst or Blood Craze from Dual Wield,
- Use Path of Darkness -> Refreshing Path,
- Soul Shred -> Soul Siphon ult from Siphoning.

There's stambuild burst healing skill Vigor that is kinda musthave for stambuilds, but to get it you need to participate in PvP for few days.

To save stamina for longer, put weak attacks between skills and dont forget about heavy attacks to regen stamina when you're low on it.

Go to Cryodiil and do the Seige training and get new skill-line open to you. One of these skills is called VIGOR, restores max stamina on the spot.

By sustain, I was actually talking about health sustain, though stamina sustain would be great too. Also is that Hulking Draugr set obtainable for a lvl 17?

It is, just use dungeon finder tool. But i dont see any point in dungeon set on low-levels. Simply not worth. You need to updat equipment at least every 8-10 levels, and getting from 17 to 50 is a matter of few days on normal questing. Or few hours of powerleveling in Skyreach.
