Or Map Pins. I prefer that one to Skyshards and Lorebooks.

I got a magden raid ready yesterday (for the most part) having to level undaunted for orb, mages guild to level 9 and psijic to level 5. Lorebooks is by far the worst one for me as psijic isnt so bad if you have wayshrines to jump to

I really liked them!! it's a matter of preference. both Psijic, mage and now the new scrying system are very fun and you learn a lot about history and colture and lore of the world of Tamriel.
The fact that you don't like u doesn't mean it's boring or no good.
My guess is that you are more of the fighter type of player and you don't have the patient to sit and just read most of the game and that's cool. that your own style of game.

you need to explore to find them no need for adoncheats that just tell you where to go and ruin the fun of findin them thats the point for skyshart magesbooks and other things like that

Not boring but just so badly thought out as far as i'm concerned, the dark brotherhood and thieves guilds. Sneak is impossible when timed, there is no choice but to blunder through and kill everything that gets in your way, There is no skill in doing any of the quests in either guild, whoever designed this needs to be taken aside and re-educated as to what sneak is and how it works.

If you download any addon that helps you find skyshards or lorebooks you are ruining the game for yourself. whats the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rush? take your time and enjoy finding the items yourself. it is way more rewarding. the journey is the best part, not the rewards

Something for everyone! I like killing stuff, questing, and exploring the visual elements in game. I HATE keeping an eye out for books.

Should have been mage guild quests. Like haveing Raminhis Polinus sending us out to find flowers, or something. 😁 👍

Add-on let me get the books out of th way fast... Now I got the skill offerings. You do it how ever you want...

Every guild skill line is a grind. Which grind is more annoying is a matter of preference.

Sneaking. I'm currently playing the Dark Brotherhood storyline, and I have to kill like 4 targets before some dude appears while I'm expected to manuever through a horde of enemies, half of them with huge "area detection" effect covering the whole freaking path. So I sneak behind one of those bastards, perform the "Blade of Woe"... bang a 1000 bounty overy my head the hell with this dlc.

Am I?

My time is valuable to me, and these add-ons help me to find things when doing something else. I might have just walked past some of the books, or never realized that a Skyshard is just a few dozen metres away. I see no potential for ruining anything, and, frankly, I find such self-imposed limitation as you suggest a bit masochistic.

I have many alts, and they are all skill points hungry, especially now with the Antiquities.

Oh, and I do use Votan's minimap. Does it ruin my game too in your opinion?
