Can I unlink my steam account from TESO?

Ok so 4 months ago my Eso account got hacked in internet caffe (keylogger was on pc i guess) and hacker changed my password and email and used account to hack, after few weeks until zos didnt respond they restored old email and password but account got perma banned cause of cheating.I don't wanna cry about how I wasn't cheating cause I let my account get hacked I just want to ask if there is any zos stuff who is willing to unlink this steam account with banned zos account so i cant buy eso again and start fresh.I'm willing to pay whatever amount you want I just want to play on this steam account eso.I swear I didn't cheat cause I spend arround 300 eur on crowns DLC's etc .
EDIT : I sent message to ESO support 20 days ago and they still didn't respond on my request so I came here to beg.

ZOS won't do anything for you. Steam Support must "remove" your current ESO account from your Steam account. ZOS can't unlink that, only Steam can.

I had to Google it several times before I found a forum where someone was having the same issue. And since Steam Support basically says they don't support this game (outside of refunds), I was lost on where to go next.

Look, maybe something was lost in translation. I was online searching for about an hour on this exact subject. Every post and forum pointed back to Steam Support having to unlink your ESO account from Steam.
