Can I unlink my steam account from TESO?

Ok so 4 months ago my Eso account got hacked in internet caffe (keylogger was on pc i guess) and hacker changed my password and email and used account to hack, after few weeks until zos didnt respond they restored old email and password but account got perma banned cause of cheating.I don't wanna cry about how I wasn't cheating cause I let my account get hacked I just want to ask if there is any zos stuff who is willing to unlink this steam account with banned zos account so i cant buy eso again and start fresh.I'm willing to pay whatever amount you want I just want to play on this steam account eso.I swear I didn't cheat cause I spend arround 300 eur on crowns DLC's etc .
EDIT : I sent message to ESO support 20 days ago and they still didn't respond on my request so I came here to beg.

They're busy ironing out bugs and probs don't have time to deal with this.
You sure you got hacked at an internet cafe? Or did you just get curious and decide to try out a cheat? Cuz we all make that mistake, even me, hence my vac.
Just admit you cheated and move on/buy a new account.

Man I'm not cheater I SWEAR I only game I ever cheat was doom and it was cause cheat codes were funny to use( I'm talking about old doom btw not new doom or any mp gamemode) and yea I'm sure I got hacked in internet cafe cause 5 hours after I left from cafe I couldn't login to my account and like i said I spend a lot of money for that account and i still want to spend on eso cause its great game and i love it i have 900 hours there I dont want to get unbanned I deserved ban (i let someone hack my account and its my fault) I only want to get that account unlinked from my steam so i can pay again for eso and link it again thats all.

I didn't cheat mann I rly didnt,and i tried to login to The Elder Scrolls online but when i do it says "Account you are trying to login is suspended ". So I can't unlink it

Yes man I tried on google chrome I typed ESO and clicked on site then i click on account and loged in with steam and then message poped out.That's why i wanted help from ZOS
to unlink my steam account.

Yep it's true, once an ESO account is linked to Steam, you can unlink it, but you can never link any other ESO account to Steam. It's only one account, and that's it forever. I tried to setup a 2nd account using my Gmail address, but every time I tried to link it to Steam, it would error out.

I found articles online that said you have to contact Steam support to have them remove the old ESO account permanently. But Steam support sucks for ESO. They basically say to go to the game developer. They'll only handle billing or returns. I couldn't find any other way to contact Steam support on this issue.

ZOS won't do anything for you. Steam Support must "remove" your current ESO account from your Steam account. ZOS can't unlink that, only Steam can.
