cant whisper

so in past 2 days i cant whisper when i send to some1 it didnt show in chat and i didnt get any whisper also
how do i fix that guys

no one in the game i can whisper him

When you cannot whisper to someone it means either the servers are lagging, the player is offline, the player is on the character screen, the player put you on ignore or the player just doesnt respond back.
