Balorgh Werewolf skin
I purchased the skin from the crown store but I do not find it anywhere to apply it. How do I use it?

what did you buy, the werewolf lord ?, that is in appearances , under polymorph , its in there, not sure what you mean by the skin.

if its not in there, try restart the game, and see if your crowns is taken off ya.

He bought the Balorgh Arms Pack which is a bunch of weapon skins to use at the outfit station.

You bought a weapons pack from the sound of it. You should research what you buy before anything.
