Necromancer class?
I just bought greymoore and it won't let me create a necromancer class? I thought this DLC gave us that class?

necromancer is part of the elsweyr chapter. Greymoor doesn't have it. ESO+ doesn't give you access to classes, you either need to buy them separately or have the related chapter.

Stamina necromancer is most powerful class last year, so you need extra $ to grab it, it's that simple.

Yeah that's the catch, they pulled the same trick with morrowind and the warden class.

As they explained it, a chapter isn't a DLC. There is the elsweyr chapter and the elsweyr DLC.
The DLC only has the region of the map. The chapter contains the DLC + the class + the extras.

This is the same with all previous chapters. It's very important to get the distinction between what zenimax calls a crown store DLC and a chapter (which is listed as a DLC in steam, but in reality is not).
Elswyr is now part of the ESO+ package and buyable with Crowns. That means Necro class has to be bought separately from the Crown Store. It was like the same for Morrowind chapter and the Warden class. Think of it like this, if you have access to these areas during ESO+, won't that mean you have access to those classes? And if so, would that mean that just one month's worth of sub is enough to get access to Wardens and Necros? Or you cant level them up after your ESO+ ends? So the easy solution was to make classes separate from chapters.

Best way is to get ESO+ subscription and use the free crowns you get to unlock those classes.
