malacath band of brutality and crit chance

Ok when i saw this item with 25 percent damage increase i thought it would be balanced by the zero crit chance because they were nerfing impen trait so other people without this item could do more crit damage again. sure enough impen is nerfed but they increased base crit resist so much that my crit resist is now 1k higher. How the hell does this balance the chance to crit in pvp against 25 percent more damage. Now effectively crits are totally useless in pvp i have over 4 K resist so my 35 percent crit damage means nothing even more so than b4 whereas someone with malacath gets 25 pc more damage for no effective penalty. And they call that balanced. It smacks of just wanting everyone to go get greymoor for this item and make cookie cutter pvp builds. Unbelievable terrible lack of balance due to this item in pvp.
