How do I reduce vampire stages?

I started to mess around with the new Vampire skill tree and I cannot figure out for the love of god how to reduce my vamp stages.

I think I have vampire diabetes help

Each last 6 hours, but casting any Vampire ability will advance this timer by 30 minutes.
Feeding as a Vampire will lower your Vampire Stage by 1

The only thing they revamped was the skill line. This is how it works in Skyrim as well. The longer you wait to feed, the stronger you grow. Feeding reduces the stages so you are basically human or whatever race again

You need to either drink the double bloody Mara which is called sth like purifying mara now or wait 4-5 hours to reduce stage or get that blood fountain which was on the pts ( it's a furniture of some kind that you can put it in your home and reduce stages offering your blood/ it'll be in the crown store eventually I believe ).

Is that what they did. What I pulled from their website is they just changed the skill line and that was it. That's lame as ♥♥♥♥

This, every other previous comments is wrong and it´s based on pre-update vampirism and single player games vampirism.

BTW is there any more info about the furniture item that cleanses your vampirism? Seems like a convenient item to have in your house.

In the pts it came with a thrall [ dummy ] as well, it funcions as a dummy, but the idea is that you can feed on it and increase your stages.
