Vampire Feed?

So is this just glitchy right now or is there some new trick to make this work? I've been able to feed twice, I can't even make it to vamp 4 b/c most times I sneak up on someone the contextual for feeding won't pop up.

Did they change something or is it just not working like it should?

This still isn't working for me and I cannot get beyond stage 1... I wish they would have left it alone and never reversed the stages.

Feeding is a ranged synergy (so it wont interrupt with blade of woe). If you see a target, stay on around 7 meters range and you can feed on him ^^

Never have any problems with it, make sure there is a clear route to your target, if any object exists between you and your target it doesn't work.
