Red outlined highlight on enemy mobs
can this be turned off?

Dunno but considering how single target attacks work I find it very useful to know which enemy I actually target instead of wondering why I can't hit the enemy right infront of me (that for some reason might not be targeted)

It can be turned off in settings or it can be adjusted so as not as bright
