ESO+ gives you the Morrowind DLC (Vvardenfell zone only, not the full chapter, Warden class in not included), the Summerset DLC (full chapter), and with the launch of Greymoor, the Elsweyr DLC (again, it seems to be the Northern Elsweyr zone only, Necromancer class not included).
