main quest missing (solution)

it take me 1 week plus to find the solution to this, the harborage prophet quest went missing, to fix this finish all the prologue quests (not verified as some in my guild said main quest still missing even after that they had to make new account) or just drop them all teleport / walk into city / any city that near the cave and main quest will appear, hope all this help. DATE : 30th April 2020

I just abandoned all my Elsweyr and prologue quests, walked around the city for a little and it was fixed.
