Buying a house
I can now build lots of diff. furnitures and need some place to have fun with.
It's wise to turn to more experient players for advice.
Needs to be good looking, large balcony or garden and plenty space to have fun with.
looked at Alinor Crest Townhouse. Looks nice. Not so keen at spending much more than 6K crowns at a place.
Anyone knows a better deal atm.

Alinor Crest Townhouse is nice/huge with lots of outside space and i bet it takes time to give it a personal touch. Does not need to be as luxerious as this on. Harder to find right furnitures to a luxerious house
All advice is very welcome. It's the first and it would be cool if it turned out well

if you buy a house do it whit goldcoins and not whit crowns and you can preview any house before you buy it

Another thing I've done is buy up Inn Rooms whenever I can. Most of the time they are like 3000 gold (sometimes more) and they become convenient free travel "waypoints". Your storage chest can be present in each one and you can play around with different decorating themes for each one.

I have only crowns mate. I have travelled to Alinor Crest Townhouse from crownstore. Huge house and large place like a balcony even though inside town. I bet it's in use somewhere in the game and each account can buy/use it without others seing it. so place for all.
It looks very nice and petty large. you only press as if you are to buy it and you can go around in it. Ehhh requires that you have the amount of crowns iguess to travel there.

indeed a first class advice. That way we can use many diff. styles etc. Already have 2 rooms but
not much space in there for furnitures. They also have a max amount of furnitures allowed inside. So no help using smaller ones

Tnx i have looked on it mate and fell on 2. Mathiisen Manor and Alinor Crest Townhouse.
Alinor Crest Townhouse have more royal look but not nesseserely a good thing. Also a huge balcony type even with gras.. I see why you mentioned this 1. clearly 1 of the better...

https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/linchal-grand-manor/ is the best house in my opinion. It sounds expensive but with crown sales and if it has a plus discount its not bad. Only negative is no wayshrine near the door

Alinor Crest is the best house for gold. Dont buy it with crowns, its not hard to make 1.1 mil. Read some guides if you need help, writs alone can make a lot.

My advice here don't spend crowns on regular houses, only buy the notable one, usually cost around 12-16k crowns like Thieves Oasis right now.
Getting 1m even 4m gold to buy manor is actually not that hard, it just time consuming
Btw, Port Hunding and Amaya Lake Lodge is a nice house too

Lol tnx mate. Never tried to buy a house before and had no idea that you could buy them for gold.
Took a minor challenge as the first 1. Bought twin arches for just 73k gold. A modest place to try/fail if needed. Ok space inside and same outside. Space for building stable i hope. Only seen on preview and other cool stuff. Great place to learn.

My crowns can just stay unused. Nice to have in backhand. The big houses is to huge a undertaking as first time. I even got a extra storage coffer with it. ok not a new but appears in every house/room.

A big tnx to all good advices :steamhappy:

Lol the stable i could build was not a pure stable. http://prntscr.com/ryfwli
It's a Breton Merchant Stable
Need to be looking for a better 1 or simply us walls...
Preview only says some....

I learned something when i bought this house. With crownes you can buy fully furnished.
In around 2 months i could buy the largest house at that time furnished for crowns.
Probebly only need another 10k crowns. If i sold these furniture i bet there are many high end furnitures in that. Maybe a good way of making the game easier. And i would have a great house to build in. A big challenge.

Have anyone of you guys ever tried out that? I will wait some to be able to play a little and learn with my first house. I like the game so i don't mind to give a little to eso. Specially if i got it a little easier....Geee i am picking flower to sell to stay up economically. Quite time consuming

Please tell if you have experiece around this....:steamhappy:

Furniture purchased with crowns is bound to your account. Most of the stuff included in houses is cheap stuff too. I would only purchase a furnished house if it was imperial and you wanted the furniture anyway since that style is crowns only.

tnx mate. You saved me from what i thought could be a good idea.
I played this game when it was rather new so long time ago.Tried to logg in to discount but must have done it then and found no where to recover logg in.
So selling the crowns can't be done for me. Would have been the easiest way to make it a little easier.
btw TNX for saving me from what could have been a good idea but isn't
