What will I do with 0 gold worth stuff?
Before posting here, I have to say that I searched on the internet what to do with those 0 gold items I found some information but this game is too complicated. Basically what I found is if you are below 50 lvl, your crafts does not worth anything because you can not sell them anyone (there is no demand). I mean If I make a food with apple now no one gonna buy them. Also If I sell apple to vendor it gives 0 gold. Another option is making food with it to use myself but what will I do with tons of food. one food gives a buff for min half an hour so since food effects does not stack (you can have benefit from only one food) there is no point to cook lots of food.

So what will I do with those 0 gold items. This is really annoying to destroy stuff because it does not make even 1 gold.

Finally go see the woman outside the fighters guild who will teach you to craft and how to earn money from crafting

That's not true, some people do buy player-crafted stuff below lvl 50. It's just a bit difficult to find because each guild has their own merchant.

You should keep on crafting because it will level your crafting skills, you don't want to be a lvl 50 with lvl 2 crafting skills, it might get tedious and boring if you do decide to pick it up again.

So keep on crafting, if you can afford the materials required, join a guild and sell it there, use it yourself, give it to friends, etc...

Don't bother crafting until you max out all crafting professions from deconstructing items. Other than alchemy and provisioning of course, but even then I wouldn't bother with them until you're well past level 50. You can buy potions and food for way cheaper if you're just selling all the plants you gather in a trading guild.

Seriously, almost all flowers will sell for 100 - 400 gold. In particular, corn flower and columbine are just ridiculous. It's funny seeing people go out of there way to get a thieves trove worth a 100 gold ignoring 1000+ gold in flowers on the way.

But doesn't crafting speed up the process even more? And can't you deconstruct what you crafted for even more progress?

Did you get certified in the crafting skill lines? i.e. Blacksmithing, woodworking, Provisioning ect.
You will be paid xxx amount of gold each day for each writ that you complete. The amount will depend on you characters level. It adds up.

As for the 0 gold items I recommend you deconstruct them. They are worthless for anything else.
As you travel the world, pick up everything, ( If you have the bag space for it ), otherwise you have to be the judge. and deconstruct that as well. This will give you materials with which you can craft and Improve what you have crafted, which makes it worth more.

I do not know what you already know so if I stated something obvious please let it ride.
There are many crafting guides out there so google and study them, they will help a lot.

Good luck Uncle Pudge and welcome to ESO.
P.S. It will get easier to understand as you play.

Sorry on my mobile so can't do the quote thing.

Yes, crafting does speed up the rate quite considerably. But the problem is that it uses up your mats. Also, deconstructing something you've made yourself adds hardly any progress. It works best if you have 2 chars and you can swap between the 2 so they each deconstruct the other's stuff.

The best all round way is deconstructing everything you don't need.

Lots of people buy low.grade crafts as.long as they've got a trait. If you're using it for research it doesn't matter what quality it is.

You sell them in your Guild Store you will need to join guild(you can join 5 guilds at the same time), also assuming your guild has guild trader, so that other people could buy your items, if they don't have guild trader, only your guild members can buy them. If you go to your bank you will see Bank. Guild Bank. Guild Store. Mostly crafting items have 0 value in shops, but they are somewhat valuable in big quantities.
