Report a translation problem
This means that it may require additional addons in order to function properly. 'Dependencies' are usually listed near the bottom of the addon description window. Also...I strongly recommend using BanditsUI addon....it gives you so much more in the way of options for your user interface, including the chat window.(Different fonts, option to show @playername and/or actual character names, color options, etc.)
But if you've already done that, make sure you don't put the zip file in, but the folder that's inside the zip file.
If it's showing up on the addons tab in character select, then it's probably a dependency. If you click on the addon, it should tell you what you are missing.
The only other obvious thing to check is to see if the addon is considered out of date. It's not going to work if it's considered out of date. Check the box "load out of date" addons.
