Where is russian language on NA?

In launcher all ok, but game is still in english

I have a issue, My game almost everything is in russian and i dont want it. i deleted all add ons, repaired the game even re installed it and i cant seem to fix the problem. it popped up after the patch today.......

В лаунчере всё верно стояло, в обшем прописал в usersettings что в документах setlanguaage=ru и заработало, вопрос закрыт

От себя дополню. В документах, по пути: Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live находите файл UserSettings.txt. В нём ищете строчку: SET Language.2 "en" и меняете en на ru.

Aside from the workarounds that Apex Lord and Mortimer posted (ie, go to Documents]Elder Scrolls Online\live and edit the UserSettings.txt and change the SET Language.2 "en" to "ru" or vice versa)

You can also change the language in-game from the pause menu by selecting the flag at the bottom right corner. It should restart the game in the language you picked.

It works only if you have downloaded RuESO. If you have not, you won't see these flags.
