Greymoor - Steam Launch FAQ

We are still tracking long load-in times on character select and timing out during zoning for PC NA and PC EU.

I have access to Greymoor but I didn't buy it / I bought Greymoor but can't access the zone?

If you either:

• purchased the Greymoor Chapter and are unable to access the Chapter zones and content
  
• did not purchase Greymoor are able to access the Chapter zones and content

I purchased Greymoor through Steam and it hasn't shown up on my account yet?

Note that if you make any purchases through Steam for ESO and not on the Bethesda site, it can take a couple of hours or days for that purchase to verify on our end. (This applies to Crown purchases, ESO Plus, Chapter purchases, etc.) Purchasing content directly through us on https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/crownstore will grant access quicker. Just make sure that your ESO account is properly linked to your Steam account.[help.elderscrollsonline.com]

Can I play Greymoor with the base game and ESO Plus only?

Purchasing the base ESO game and having ESO Plus does NOT grant you access to Greymoor. Greymoor is a new chapter and needs to be bought separately.

If you were unable to redeem your Greymoor codes on Steam, you should be able to redeem them now. It may take up to 24 hours to have your 30 days of ESO Plus applied. More information in this article here.[help.elderscrollsonline.com]

dim_daison and SkyZorg , That link up there (that ZOS_SamL shared) for the ESO forums says there's maintenance still going on. You can also go to elder scrolls online in twitter to keep up with frequent intel on the current situation.

Greymoor still appears as 'Downloading' in my DLC menu and the content as 'Coming soon' in the DLC store page. Is this normal?

Same here.. Greymoor is locked.
In my Steam Library -> ESO -> Properties -> DLC it states Greymoor is purchased but not installed

same problem the game starts but its searching for my character for 30 min now .
tel me how long is this going on . they fix something but broke also something

same like Kingpin Geer. After 10-15 Minutes the Window switch in the loading screen, but will stand there still. Restart of the PC and Softreset and a other Character doesn´t work.
